1. Deposits & Booking Confirmation
A booking is only reserved once the required deposit (currently 50% of the style price) has been paid and the payment reference verified by the salon. Unverified bookings are held for a limited reservation window only.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are forfeited. Deposits are otherwise transferable to a new date within 14 days.
3. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the next client's slot, and the deposit policy above applies.
4. Hair Supply
Where a style is marked "Fix & Supply," the quoted price includes the hair used for the style. "Service only" styles are priced for the styling service alone.
5. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is settled in person at the salon, in cash or via mobile money, on the day of the appointment.
6. Privacy & Data
Your name, phone number and email are used only to manage your booking and to send appointment-related messages. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
